Privacy Policy
UWRH Digital ("we", "us") is a solo web design studio based in Co. Kildare, Ireland. This page explains what information we collect when you work with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a project brief, request an edit, or order a logo, we collect what you give us directly — things like your name, email, phone number, business name and details, and anything you upload (photos, reference files).
When you pay for a project, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes the payment and passes us confirmation that it happened, along with your billing email.
Why we collect it
Purely to build and deliver what you've asked for — your website, logo, or edit — and to contact you about your project. We don't use your information for anything beyond that.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — processes your payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Netlify — hosts this website and stores form submissions (your brief, edit requests, etc.) securely so we can access them.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, for any other purpose.
Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking. No consent banner is needed because nothing is being tracked.
How long we keep it
We keep project information for as long as needed to deliver the work and provide ongoing hosting/care, and for a reasonable period after for our own records (e.g. tax and accounting purposes). If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just email us and we'll action it.
Your rights
Under Irish/EU data protection law, you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Refund & Revisions Policy
We want you fully happy with what you get — that's why revisions are generous. Refunds are scoped to the stage of the project, so the policy protects both sides fairly.
Websites
Revisions are unlimited until launch. We don't put your site live until you're happy with it. This covers refining what's already been agreed — layout tweaks, copy changes, image swaps, colour adjustments.

If you want a genuinely different design direction rather than refinements to the current one (a full redesign, not a tweak), that's treated as new project scope rather than a revision. We'll quote a separate fee for it — typically less than a fresh build from scratch, since we already have your business details, content, and photos. You're never asked to pay the full tier price twice for the same project.
Logo Design
Revisions are unlimited until you love it. Because a logo revision costs very little to produce, we keep iterating until you're genuinely happy with the result. Once you approve and take the final files, the project is complete.
Hosting & Care
Monthly hosting can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, we'll provide your website files so you can move to another host — there's no lock-in.
Terms of Service
The project
We build what's agreed in your brief and any revisions along the way. Scope is based on the tier you purchase (Starter, Multi-Page, or Signature) — anything significantly beyond that scope (e.g. far more pages, extra custom features) may be quoted separately.
Accuracy of information
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, images, and copy you provide us — opening hours, prices, addresses, and so on. We build using what you give us; please double-check it before your site goes live.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full and delivered, you own the final website files, logo files, or other deliverables. While we're hosting your site under the monthly Care plan, we manage the technical hosting on your behalf, but the underlying files remain yours.
Hosting & Care
The monthly Hosting & Care fee covers keeping your site online, secure (HTTPS), backed up, and monitored. It's billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — see the Refund & Revisions Policy above for what happens if you cancel.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices shown on the site are the full price you pay — no hidden fees added at checkout.
Changes to these terms
We may update these policies from time to time as the business evolves. The version live on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your project.
